Items can only be returned for free within 60 days from purchase after coordinating with our Customer Service team. Uncoordinated returns are subject to a restocking fee.
Although we begin the process of producing your personalized items as soon as you submit an order, we respect your wish to cancel and will assist with your cancellation at no extra charge. In such cases, please notify us as soon as possible.
